Press On is an adventure that will took the printing bike from library to library across Britain printing bookmarks along the way. Each bookmark design is inspired by the words and images of writers and artists in support of public libraries.

This is a complete set of bookmarks, one from each of the libraries visited during the project. The bookmarks are either typographic or illustrative. Each is printed letterpress and inspired by someone with a close connection to the particular library, often a writer, a poet, an artist. The illustrations are be lino cuts or from blocks and the type hand set lead or wood type. This adventure took place from July to October 2024. The bookmark shown is the design for the first library on the journey designed by the artist Richard Long for Redland Library in Bristol, the library that Richard would visit as a child.
